Sooner or later if you buy art, you will find yourself in need of framing. Here are some frame sites I like to keep handy. Maybe you will find them useful, too. |

I've been happy with the frames I purchased through the U Frame It stores. They have stores in Tarzana, California and Reseda, CA. The concept is that you go there and buy the frame and assemble and frame the artwork yourself. Some advice: when handling glass, make sure you either wear gloves or find some way to protect your hands from getting cut. Also, it's easier to do the assembly if 2 people assist each other in completing large jobs. My husband and I didn't know a thing about framing the first time we purchased from U-Frame-It and, working together, we did a passable job of framing on our first try. Highly recommended! |
