Expected shipping time:
If you have purchased a brand new painting on canvas, your painting will most likely be shipped within 48-72 hours of your purchase. This allows time for varnishing and proper packaging. If you have purchased a smaller work on paper or a non-art item, it will usually ship the next business day, with some exceptions. In all cases you will receive timely communication about the shipping status.
Shipping methods and charges
For most items I prefer to use the US post office. I do combine items for discounted shipping whenever it is safe and appropriate to do so. I ship internationally to most countries. Shipping charges vary by item, and in most cases shipping charges will be noted along with the item for sale. If you have questions or need assistance please email me and I will be happy to help.
Return policy
If you need to return something, please notify me by email within 3 days of receipt. If the return is a result of my error I will refund your money in full including shipping both ways. If it was not the result of my error, only the purchase price will be refunded and the refund will be made AFTER I receive the item back, in the same condition in which I sent it out to you.
If an item became damaged during shipping, please SAVE THE PACKAGING and notify me so that I can work with you to collect the insurance.
Please note that colors may vary from monitor to monitor, and for this reason I take no responsibility for providing an exact color match via the internet. If you need to know with certainty the colors in an artwork, please email me and I will provide you with the closest equivalent pantone numbers. Please understand that I try my best to give an accurate representation of the colors in each of my works, but it is not possible via the web to be totally accurate.
