Did you know that fashion and interior design industry trend forecasts are available? These forecasts predict what the fashion and interior design trends will be- sometimes as far ahead as 2 years in advance, and often as far as a year in advance. These can be quite pricey; forecasting services can cost many thousands of dollars. Industry professionals often deem the forecasts to be well worth the price tag. These forecasts tend to be self-fulfilling prophecies when large manufacturers purchase them and put faith in them.

For an individual who is not involved in the industry (or is, but doesn’t have the budget to spend on expensive forecasts) it is still possible to put together an accurate trend forecast.
